Subject of Personal Data Processing 2.1. The following personal data will be processed: name, surname, date and place of birth, tax code, address, telephone contact, email, educational qualifications and final grades, previous work experiences, known foreign languages, number of family members.
2.2. If you have indicated particular categories of data in your resume, especially related to religious beliefs, political opinions, union membership, health, sexual orientation, racial and ethnic origin, such data will be immediately deleted unless you explicitly consent to their processing.
Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing 3.1. The personal data you provide will be processed exclusively for the purpose of evaluating a potential employment contract.
3.2. The processing of personal data mentioned in point 2.1. is legitimized by the necessity to take pre-contractual measures at your request.
3.3. The processing of any particular categories of personal data you may provide, as mentioned in point 2.2., is legitimized by explicit consent, if given by you. Otherwise, such data will be deleted.
Recipients of Personal Data 4.1. The personal data in question will not be communicated or disclosed.
Optional Nature of Providing Data 5.1. Providing personal data is entirely optional. Failure to provide data will result in the inability to pursue the personnel search objective.
Rights of the Data Subject 6.1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 grants you the exercise of specific rights, including the right to request from the employer:
- Confirmation whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, access to the data (right of access);
- Rectification of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete personal data (right of rectification);
- Deletion of the data, if one of the reasons provided for by the Regulation exists (right to erasure);
- Restriction of processing, when one of the cases provided for by the Regulation applies (right to restriction);
- Receipt of the personal data you provided to the employer in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another data controller (right to data portability).
How to Exercise Your Rights 7.1. To exercise your rights, you can send a request to the email address privacy@rmisrl.com.
Right to Withdraw Consent 8.1. Regarding data processing based on consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Withdrawal of consent must be communicated in writing to the email address privacy@rmisrl.com, which will acknowledge receipt.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority 9.1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, pursuant to art. 77 Reg., if you believe that the processing concerning you violates the provisions of the EU Regulation.
Data Retention 10.1. The personal data covered by this information will be kept for the time strictly necessary to complete the selection procedure and, in any case, no longer than one year from the date of submission of the resume.
