In this context, RMI has adopted a system that is constantly being perfected and developed, capable of mitigating the risk of any form of irregularity in business activities, as well as limiting the risk of committing the offenses indicated by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. As required by this Decree, the Organization, Management, and Control Model has been designed, prepared, and approved, of which the Code of Ethics is an integral and fundamental part. Rottami Metalli Italia has also established a Supervisory Body responsible for monitoring the correct application and compliance with the Model. The Body ensures the effectiveness of company practices, confirming the commitment to an ethical and responsible work environment.
